Exchange and Returns Policy

At Kindlein, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges under the following terms.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Customer Support at support@kindlein.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.
  • Pack the item securely and send it back using a trackable shipping method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective or incorrect items.

Once received, returns will be processed within 21 business days, and refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for defective items.
  • To request an exchange, please contact us at support@kindlein.co.za and specify the replacement item you want.
  • If the desired item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit..

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Refunds will be processed within 21 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for cases of incorrect or defective products.
  • If a refund is delayed, check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.
  • We may request photos or other proof before approving a replacement or refund.
  • We will cover all costs for returning and replacing defective or incorrect items.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 3 hours after purchase if they have not been shipped.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return.
