Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to all parts of South Africa.
  • If your location is not listed, please contact our customer service at support@kindlein.co.za or via whatsapp to check availability.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • High-demand items or custom orders may require additional processing time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method, location, and weight of the order.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • You can track your order using the link provided in the email or sms.

International Shipping

We currently do not sell or ship internationally.

Undeliverable or Lost Packages

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
  • If a package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@kindlein.co.za or via whatsapp, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • f your order arrives damaged or with missing items, contact us within 5 working days with photos of the package and products.
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund.
